Who are you?

My name is Leah Duvall, and as well as being the owner of Leave Me At Home Pet Sitting, I am also a wife, a mother of four children of the human variety, and four children of the furry kind. I am a keen animal lover, and I also maintain a website on Tritrichomonas Foetus, an illness that one of my cats suffered with when we rescued him.

I am from England, and have recently moved to Edmonton from Dallas, Texas, where I lived for four years.

I have been involved in pet rescue, the Trap Neuter Release program for feral cats, and have been a foster parent for a rescue in Texas for several years, caring for a huge amount of foster pets, all of whom were eventually adopted out to good homes.

I will be taking care of your pet while you are away. This is my business and I do not hire independent contractors. When you meet me in your home for your first consultation, you can be assured that (with the exception of illness or injury) I will be the person who comes to take care of your pet and home.

I am licensed with the city of Edmonton, I am bonded and insured with Verge Insurance Group, and have current Pet First Aid and CPR certification. My license and insurance documentation, along with my first aid certification, will be available for you to see during our initial consultation.
