Important Terms

Payment is due before service begins. A reservation will not be accepted without payment in advance.

A separate signed and completed Service Contract is also due for each service, before the services start.

Payment is accepted by credit card using PayPal, by cheque, or in cash. There will be a $30 service charge for each returned cheque.

Refunds and Cancellations

• 0-48 hours - Payment in full is charged (no refunds).
• 2-7 days - 20% of service total is due (80% refund).
• 8+ days - No charge (refund in full).

Should you decide to retain our services, we ask that you provide two sets of house keys at the initial consultation. One set will remain with me during your pet sit, and one set will be kept on file in a secure location. If keys are not retained at the initial consultation, a fee of $10 will apply to arrange for picking them up at a later date. Please be sure to check that any new keys actually work.
